How do I return defective items ?

*All items must be shipped back within 3 working days upon receiving the items.

*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.


I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return if it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive.

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size?
Yes. Exchange is allowed if stock is available.

Can I visit your office for the return/exchange ?
Yes, please call us before you drop by to our office to  perform the exchange. However, it is subject to stock availability of the item that you wish to exchange, and must be done within 3 working day upon receiving your parcel.

  • an exchange of the original item to a different colour / size
  • a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.
  • Full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
  • Return's shipping cost. 
  • Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same design with available stock. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reaches us.
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
